Dan Lee Training Terms and Conditions
- All prices are inclusive of tutor fees, course materials and certification but exclusive of vat.
- Cancellation of agreed joining instructions by a customer 28 days or more prior to the commencement date of the course will result in a full credit / refund of the course fee.
- Cancellation between 8 and 27 days prior to the course commencement date will result in 50% of the course fee being forfeited.
- Cancellation between 1 and 7 days prior to the course commencement date will result in the whole course fee being forfeited.
- Payment of all course fees must be made prior to the commencement of the course unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed with Dan Lee Training.
- Where course fees have been paid in respect of an `in-house` training course, Dan Lee Training will give consideration to last minute re-scheduling of said course for circumstances that are beyond the client`s control.
- Failure to pay course fees before commencement of training will delay the issuing of certificates.
- Cheques accompanying bookings should be made payable to Dan Lee Training.
- Dan Lee Training reserves the right, through non-payment by the customer prior to the course, to cancel the joining instructions and offer the position elsewhere.
- Any variations to the joining instructions, course date, time of attendance etc. made by Dan Lee Training will be notified to the customer.
- Dan Lee Training will ensure that the original instructions are adhered to. In the event of course / delegate cancellation made by Dan Lee Training, every effort will be made for the delegate to attend the next available course.
- All incidents and actions, including money refunds will be dealt with promptly.
- Every effort is made to ensure that both the instructions and handouts / course notes are true and correct at the time of presentation, but Dan Lee Training does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions.
- Any delegate attending an Dan Lee Training course is obliged to observe notices or instructions laid down by the host venue or Dan Lee Training staff.
- Dan Lee Training does not accept any responsibility for personal belongings or vehicles left on host venue premises.
- It is important that adequate provision is made to ensure that drivers attending courses are able to comply with the requirements laid down in Drivers Hours Regulations.
- All delegates must comply with the host venue Health and Safety Policy and their legal obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- Courses held at venues organised by Dan Lee Training will include breaks with tea/coffee
