Drug and Alcohol Management Course
Dan Lee Training and Working Law have joined forces to design, develop and deliver an interactive and engaging training course to help managers effectively deal with the growing problem of alcoohol or drug misuse among its employees. The course will look at the scale of the problem and the requirement to have in place effective policies and procedures to deal with any such problems.
The course looks at the safety and employment law sides of the issue and the solutions. You will be provided with clear guidance, insight into how other companies are responding to the issue and be provided with skills and tools so that you can ensure that your workplace is legally compliant and ready for any such incidents.
The course is delivered by a Health and Safety professional and a fully-qualified and experienced Employment Law lawyer.
